Screen Time log – Make Room for Play!

Create rules about screen time; set limits and enforce gradual changes
Keep TVs, computers and iPads/tablets out of your child’s bedroom
Avoid using screens close to bedtime
Turn off the TV while you are eating dinner
Stop during long car trips for activity breaks
Take your child outside each day; enjoy fun and healthy activities such as drawing, painting, walking, playing games, and participating in outdoor play.
