Physical activity is a very important part of being healthy. It is suggested that you get an hour of mild to intense activity everyday. This doesn’t need to be at once and can be broken up in the day. Try to do intense activity at least three times a week to help build muscle and bone. You can also try a mix of aerobic and strengthening activities to improve your health and make sure you don’t get bored.
